With an average industry experience of 16 years and extensive experience processing data from many different geological environments - we can honestly say our strength is our people. Twenty-two members of our processing staff have university degrees comprising of 4 PhDs, 3 MScs and 15 BScs, of which
8 are Professional Geophysicists registered with APEGGA. We're very proud of the depth of knowledge and experience of our team.

Rob has over 25 years of experience in 2D and 3D seismic data processing. He has been involved in processing domestic and international data for numerous onshore and offshore projects during his career. These 2D and 3D projects have provided Robert with significant experience in stratigraphic environments and areas of complex structure.
Rob's primary role is to develop the processing center into a more diverse service provider. He will continue to develop strategies for the enhancement of processing technologies as we grow and move into the future. Other key responsibilities include coordinating software development and optimizing hardware and network utilization.

Thane McKay
Sales Manager
Thane has worked in the geophysical seismic processing industry for 24 plus years. He has coordinated software development and was responsible for setting priorities in software development from the Users point of view. For the past 6 years he has headed a team in sales and marketing. Thane is known to hundreds of people in the North American geophysical industry and has a strong understanding of the needs and wants of most oil companies in Calgary.

Dan's 24 year seismic career has provided him with the opportunity to process seismic data from all over the world. Over the years his involvement in countless projects has contributed to his extensive experience in 2D, 3D, stratigraphic, structural, transition zone, and marine processing. Dan is involved in furthering the development of marine processing capabilities as well as other technical issues associated with frontier environments.

Wendy has over 27 years of processing experience. In that time, she has gained broad experience in processing land 2D and 3D data from many parts of the world; from stratigraphic to complex structural areas. Wendy's role at Arcis is to provide our clients with quality seismic solutions in a timely manner.

Satinder Chopra, P.Geoph.
Manager, Reservoir Services
M.Sc., M.Phil. Physics
Satinder has over 20 years of experience in the seismic industry. Apart from the regular processing and interactive interpretation of seismic data that he has done in many geographic areas, Satinder specializes in AVO, inversion, VSP, coherence and rock physics studies.
Satinder is responsible for developing Arcis' reservoir services business strategy, identifying software and technology opportunities, presenting technical papers, delivering products and fostering client relationships.

Ian McDonald
IT Manager (UNIX)
Ian has both field and computer centre experience, having worked on seismic crews for 10 years before moving into the data centre over 30 years ago. Ian is responsible for the maintenance and administration of our UNIX network of over 100 nodes.
