Brief History
Established in 1996 as a small start-up company, Arcis grew quickly, through diversification and acquisition. The goal was to build an integrated geophysical services company. Entrepreneurs founded Arcis and that entrepreneurial spirit continues to flourish.
In November of 1997, Arcis listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange as RKS with an initial public offering of $6 million.
On February 29th, 2004 Arcis became a privately-held company, having completed the legal process to privatize.
Founded by optimists - delivered by believers.
